MMASC Annual Conference Scholarship Opportunities

MMASC strives to empower members emerging as leaders within their organizations, as well as within the municipal management profession. To facilitate the professional development of our newest members, MMASC is offering three scholarships to attend the 2025 MMASC Annual Conference, taking place November 12 to November 14 in Indian Wells. The recipient of the scholarship will receive complimentary conference registration.

The ideal applicant for this scholarship will be a current MMASC member and first-time conference attendee who is able to demonstrate a commitment to MMASC and the municipal management profession, as well as the value of their attendance at the Annual Conference in support of their career goals.

Expectations

In exchange for the scholarship, the recipient will agree to complete the following, within one month of the conference:

Post on social media during the conference, tagging MMASC.
Complete a write-up discussing a portion or the totality of their experience attending the digital conference. This will be featured in upcoming MMASC materials.

Deadline to apply is Wednesday, September 10, 2025, at 5:00 p.m. Pacific time.

Eligibility

To be eligible for the MMASC scholarship, you must answer “Yes” to both of the questions below.

1. Are you an active (good standing) member of MMASC?(Required)
