Registration Type Notes/Clarifications

The Non-Member One-Year Membership Special is available only to first-time members who have not previously attended the Annual Conference and to non-renewing members. Eligibility must be confirmed in writing by the Annual Conference Chairs. To verify your status as a “Member in Transition”, please email annualconf@mmasc.org.

The Veteran Member rate is available to members who are in their first year of membership and are not full members. To verify your status as a “Veteran Member “, please email annualconf@mmasc.org.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellation requests must be made in writing by emailing the MMASC Annual Chairs at: annualconf@mmasc.org no later than Tuesday, October 21, 2025. Cancellation deadlines and rates are provided below. Please note that 10% of the registration fee will be withheld to offset processing fees.
If you cannot attend the conference, you also have the option of transferring your registration at no additional charge. Notification of substitutions must be received prior to October 20 at noon. Substitutions will not be accepted at the door.

Cancellation Deadlines and Rates:

  • Request by August 30 = 90% refund
  • Request September 1-September 30 = 75% refund
  • Request October 1-October 15= 50% refund
  • Request October 16-October 30 = 25% refund
  • Request after October 30 = No refund
