ICMA Annual Conference Scholarship Program

Supports emerging local government professionals attending ICMA’s premier annual conference. MMASC awards three scholarships including conference registration plus a travel expense stipend.

MMASC Annual Conference Scholarships

Scholarship recipients receive complimentary registration to the MMASC Annual Conference. Check back in August when the application period opens.

October 28–30, 2026 – San Diego, CA

Cal Cities Annual Conference and Expo Scholarship Program

New in 2026 — MMASC will award two scholarships to cover conference registration and travel expenses for the Cal Cities Annual Conference and Expo. The application deadline is Thursday, June 25, 2026 at 12:00 pm.
