Parking
Parking on-site will be valet only, free of charge to you! As there is limited parking onsite, this is the only way we can ensure enough spaces for all in attendance. Please plan your arrival and departure with enough time for valet parking.
Event Day Timeline
Our event programming will begin promptly at 9 AM! Please arrive early to complete check-in and enjoy a light breakfast. Check-in and breakfast will be available starting at 8 AM.
Plated lunch will be provided at Noon, and we hope you are able to join us for our Motherlode Mixer following the conclusion of our programming at 4:30 PM.
Event Attire
Business casual or professional attire is encouraged. Please note that photography will take place throughout the event and may be used in future MMASC and WLG communications.
Lactation Accommodations
For attendees needing lactation space, we will have two Mamava pods available in a separate room from our event space.
