2026 Rising Star Award Nomination Form

The Rising Star Award is presented to a remarkable woman who is a member of MMASC and exemplifies the qualities of a true rising star – someone who consistently demonstrates exceptional leadership, initiative, and professionalism, regardless of their formal title or position. This nominee leads by example, setting a high standard through their work ethic, integrity, and commitment to excellence. Their contributions are not only reliable and impactful but also inspire those around them to excel.

MMASC members are encouraged to nominate fellow members (or themselves) for this award.

Nominations are due by 4:00 p.m., Thursday, August 20, 2026. Winners will be recognized at the MMASC Women’s Leadership Summit on September 17, 2026, in Pomona, CA.

2026 WLG Career Excellence Nomination Form

California Women Leading Government (WLG) is soliciting nominations for the Women’s Leadership Summit Career Achievement Award. The Career Excellence Award was established in 2007 as part of the Inaugural Women’s Leadership Summit. WLG is a professional organization with a mission to inspire and prepare women to be local government executive leaders and support their success.

The Career Achievement Award is presented to a woman who is dedicated to the field of local government, has taken a proactive approach to her own personal and professional development, and contributes to the community as a leader and facilitator.

Nominations are due by 4:00 p.m., Thursday, August 20, 2026. Winners will be recognized at the MMASC Women’s Leadership Summit on September 17, 2026, in Pomona, CA.
