2026 Annual Conference Volunteer Form

The MMASC 2026 Annual Conference at the Rancho Bernardo Inn from October 28-30 will bring together emerging and established leaders in local government for a dynamic experience focused on connection, professional growth, and leadership development. This signature event reflects MMASC’s commitment to shaping the future of public service through collaboration, innovation, and courage.

Behind the scenes, dedicated Planning Committees help bring the conference to life:

  • Communications – Oversees marketing, social media, branding, and attendee engagement.
  • Programming – Develops impactful sessions, speakers, and educational content.
  • Logistics & Special Events – Manages operations, registration, venue coordination, and networking events.

We invite volunteers to contribute their time and talents to help deliver an exceptional conference experience. Volunteering offers a unique opportunity to expand your professional network, strengthen leadership skills, and play a meaningful role in shaping the MMASC Annual Conference experience. It’s a chance to collaborate with peers across local government while gaining behind-the-scenes insight into large-scale event planning.

As a token of appreciation, volunteers will be invited to a special thank-you dinner and will receive a commemorative gift on Tuesday evening prior to the start of the conference.
