The Bylaws of the Municipal Management Association of Southern California (MMASC) serve as the governing framework that outlines the organization’s structure, operations, and membership regulations. They are essential for maintaining transparency, ensuring consistency in decision-making, and guiding the organization’s leadership in achieving its mission effectively.
