The Santa Monica Chamber of Commerce is seeking a dynamic, strategic, and relationship-driven Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead one of Southern California’s most influential business organizations. Reporting to the Board of Directors, the CEO leads the Chamber’s programs, staff, partnerships, advocacy efforts, and daily operations, while advancing its mission to support business growth, enhance quality of life, and serve as the voice of business in Santa Monica. This is an exciting opportunity to strengthen member engagement, support local businesses, build partnerships, advance economic vitality, and position the Chamber for long-term success. SALARY AND BENEFITS 

This position will receive an annual salary of $160,000 – $190,000 DOE/DOQ with Opportunities for Bonus. PLUS a competitive benefits package.
