Join MMASC Region 6 for a CGL-certified workshop exploring how emotional intelligence (EQ) influences leadership, communication, team dynamics, and workplace relationships. Participants will gain practical tools to strengthen self-awareness, empathy, conflict resolution, and interpersonal effectiveness—skills valuable at every stage of a local government career. Following the workshop, attendees can continue the conversation and expand their network during a mixer with local government professionals from across Southern California. Light refreshments, including beverages and finger foods, will be provided.
