The GIS Coordinator class series includes entry-level (GIS Coordinator I) and advanced level (GIS Coordinator II) classification. The GIS Coordinator I is responsible for performing the full range of technical and support duties for the District’s GIS program and exercising judgment and initiative. The GIS Coordinator II will work under minimal supervision to plan, analyze, coordinate, and administer the district-wide GIS program and perform complex GIS database and graphical user interface research, design, analysis, and programming.
