The position reports to the Administrative Services Director and performs a wide variety of journey-level duties in the development, implementation, and administration of human resources programs including recruitment and selection, benefits and compensation, policy compliance, training, and employee communications. Requires a bachelor’s degree in public administration, business management, human resources, industrial/organizational psychology or a closely related field; and at least two years of increasingly responsible experience in the administration, design, analysis, and technical human resources duties involving the evaluation of human resources policies and programs. Experience in a public agency is preferred.
