We all experience imposter syndrome at one point in our lives, creating a sense of insecurity and self-doubt about our ability and achievements. This session will help you identify strategies to overcome imposter syndrome and help you realize that you are enough.

As the pandemic continues and we navigate the new norm, our personal and professional lives continue to merge. The expectation that we can take care of everything still stands. Some of us have gone back into the office while others of us are still working from home. But how do we distinct between home and work life? How can I be my authentic self? How can we manage the expectation to always be available? This session will explore ways to find a work-life balance, and continue to support each other and your family.

Throughout the past year, we have become more aware of racial inequities and need for organizations to accelerate diversity and inclusion efforts. What kinds of challenges do minorities and individuals of color face in the workplace? How does an organization benefit from the inclusion of such leaders in decision-making roles and positions of power? This session will discuss issues of identity with regard to gender and race, and will address the discourse of equality in the workplace.
