On March 10, 2017, International Women’s Day, Elaine was honored as a trailblazing woman in labor and business as the recipient of the OWLie award presented by Santa Monica’s Organization of Women Leaders. She will share how Santa Monica’s culture is particularly supportive of women attaining leadership roles. We will hear from Elaine the importance of harnessing your potential not only for your own career success, but also to inspire the next generation of women leaders in local government. This session will motivate you to set goals with intention and answer the call to make a positive social impact in the community you serve.
